The delivery of your order is insured with Colissimo.

Your Colissimo will be delivered to you by your postman. To facilitate your delivery, it is essential that any precision concerning your address, is given when filling out the address fields when ordering from Eton Diffusion so that La Poste is able to deliver your parcel under the best conditions.

In your address, please include:

• the n° of the building
• access codes
• the stairwell
• the floor
• the number of your apartment
• and any information which you will consider useful.

On delivery

As for the assumption by La Poste, you are delivered to your home within 48 hours subject to delivery deadlines. The postman will deliver your package to your doorstep. It is therefore important that he has all the elements that allow you to receive your package without difficulty.

With Colissimo, your order will be delivered Monday to Saturday, usually in the morning by hand and contra signed. In case of absence or inability of delivery of your package (no caretaker...), your postman will leave a transit advice stating the date and address of the post office where you can collect your parcel upon presentation of proper identification.

As from the date mentioned on the transit advice note, you have 15 days to collect your parcel. At the end of this period, your package will be automatically returned to Eton Diffusion.

In terms of shipping of your order by "ECONOMIC PACKAGE DELIVERY"; from the assumption by La Poste, home delivery is made within 72 hours.
Same procedure for shipment by Colissimo, it is important to fill out your correct delivery address.
Also, ability to track the parcel with the tracking number provided by Eton Diffusion and the reference of the mentioned delivery service.
